Ruan Britz

(Managing Director)

Was admitted as an attorney of the High Court in 2015 after obtaining his BCom Law and LLB degrees from the University of Pretoria. He served his articles in Johannesburg firm, and obtained experience in Intellectual Property Law and Commercial Law.

Ruan is a Corporate and Compliance Law Specialist who also has experience in Civil Litigation with specific experience in Family Law, Evictions, and Contractual Disputes.

Born and bred in Polokwane, Ruan is an avid sportsman, with a particular love for golf and hunting.

Nadia Britz

(Director: Property Law)

Nadia obtained her LLB from the University of Pretoria and was admitted as an attorney of the High Court in 2020. She was admitted as a Conveyancer in 2022.

She is a Property Law specialist who also has experience in Commercial and Corporate Law as well as Civil Litigation.

Born and bred in Pretoria, Nadia loves art, reading and travel.

Onicca Molusi

(Associate)

Obtained her LLB degree from the North – West University, Potchefstroom campus in 2020 and was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court in 2024. She began her professional journey by joining Nelis Britz Attorneys in 2022 where she commenced with her articles.

She has experience in various areas of Magistrate Court and High Court litigation, with particular expertise in evictions, debt collection and family law. Born and bred in Bela-Bela, Onicca loves music and enjoys exploring through travel.
